International Shipping

How to place an order from outside of the United States

If you are interested in ordering any of our non-living products and need them shipped to an address in a country outside of the United states, this page will outline the process and steps you will need to take.

First, please understand that we can not ship any living items – plants, insects, and of course frogs are not available for purchase if you are outside of the U.S. If you do place an order for anything alive, we will cancel the order and refund you MINUS the payment processor transaction fees incurred on our end.

We have found that the simplest and least expensive way of shipping is to go through an international forwarding service. There are many options. Examples include:

viabox.com
usabox.com
nybox.com

Once you decide on your preferred forwarding service, you will need to create an account with them. You will then receive an address within the United States where your items may be shipped.

Using the address provided by the shipping service, place your order through the website. The shipping charge you see and pay through this website will be the shipping cost to get your items from us to the reshipping service within the U.S. You will then need to go through the website of the international forwarding service to select and purchase the additional international portion of your shipping.

Though you will in effect have to pay two shipping charges, we have found that the large package forwarding services can provide much lower prices for international shipping options than we are able to. This ends up saving you money over all.
