Native to: Southeast Asia
Type: Fern
Microsorum linguiforme is a wonderful epiphytic fern that dart frogs also seem to enjoy. The fronds can grow in a dense mat on a background and provide small frog species like Ranitomeya and Oophaga pumilio with an excellent hiding/roosting spot. Our frogs also use the fronds to lay eggs. It does well under medium to bright indirect light. The fronds have stunning reticulate venation. They often stay under 2″ long in the vivarium, but can reach up to 4″ long.
